This workshop has been tailored especially for people interested in understanding the strengths of Agile principles, and dispelling some of the myths surrounding it.

You will learn the fundamentals of Scrum, including the Roles, Events, and Artefacts and be shown some illuminating real-word case studies,

You will also see that while Scrum is easy to learn, it requires dedication to achieve and maintain the discipline required to be successful.

Prerequisites

An involvement and understanding of the (business) processes involved in the delivery of Software projects.

We have delivered half and 1-day Agile workshops for many organisations - we can cater to your needs and give a particular focus to your audience - for instance examining the Product Owner role in greater detail, looking at best ways to get started with Scrum, or including more topics on XP or Kanban.

As you would expect, custom / on-site Scrum training isn't free but it's still a low-risk and engaging way to inform and enthuse a large group within your organisation about the benefits of Agile.
