Scaled Professional Scrum™ (SPS) Training Course - learn how to successfully build a solid team, create a robust structure, and effectively launch a large Scrum / Agile project.
In this 2-day training workshop you will learn through tried-and tested practical exercises to organise and simulate a scaled software development project.
You will learn the tools, infrastructure and methods needed for a successful Scrum / Agile project.
In SPS, you will be introduced to the Nexus framework and walk through forming and managing a Nexus, the core development unit of SPS. This experience will help you understand the techniques, philosophies, and challenges that Ken Schwaber and Scrum.org have learned through years of formulating and coaching scaled Scrum projects.
All participants completing the Scaled Professional Scrum course will receive a password to attempt the Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS) assessment. If you attempt the SPS assessment within 14 days and do not score at least 85%, you will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost. The industry-recognized SPS certification requires a minimum passing score of 85% and involves understanding of the Nexus Framework, knowledge from the course and of Scrum.
