The competition this year was incredibly tough, with over 360 entries from organisations across the UK. The British Training Awards, powered by employee insight platform New Possible, celebrates teams and individuals who are passionate about the role of Learning & Development in building a thriving workforce. It's inspiring to see so many organisations, from start-ups to global titans, demonstrating how their initiatives are transforming L&D and delivering tangible value.
Why we're honoured
As a small, specialist technical training company, we pride ourselves on designing and delivering bespoke, instructor-led training programmes that perfectly match the unique needs of our clients. We believe that truly effective technical training isn't off-the-shelf; it's about understanding specific challenges and crafting a learning experience that empowers individuals and teams to excel. This focus on customisation, delivered by our expert instructors, is at the heart of everything we do.
Furthermore, our B Corp certified status reflects our deep commitment to using business as a force for good. Being recognised as a finalist reinforces that our dedication to social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency resonates within the training industry.
Nominated training categories
We are proud to be a finalist in two categories that truly reflect our unique position:
SME of the Year
L&D Provider of the Year (<20 employees)
This dual recognition speaks volumes about our impact as a smaller, dedicated provider of high-quality learning and development solutions.
