We are thrilled to announce a new series of transformative professional skills courses, delivered by a coach who has mastered both elite performance and corporate resilience: Ian Rose.
Meet Ian Rose: Paralympic Champion, Business Coach, and Resilience Expert
Ian Rose is a true testament to the power of resilience and a winning mindset. As a double Paralympic medallist in Judo - winning bronze at Atlanta 1996 and silver at Athens 2004 - and a former 1995 Judo World Champion, Ian’s sporting career is legendary.
However, his journey to the top is what makes his insights truly powerful. Born with childhood eye cancer, Ian lost his left eye and most of the sight in his right. He transformed his experience of overcoming adversity and bullying into an unshakeable confidence, fuelled by the discipline and mutual respect he learned through Judo.
Now, Ian channels his 22-year international sporting career and his subsequent 20-year experience as a successful IT Sales Consultant and business director into transformative coaching. He is a thought leader who provides practical, real-world strategies for leadership, peak performance, and goal setting, proving that the principles of world-class success are the same on the mat as they are in the meeting room.
