Business with purpose - being a B Corp

We have always sought to do what we can to assist purpose-driven organisations and pay close attention to our own CSR efforts. Charitable, not-for-profit, governmental and public-owned organisations accounted for approximately 18% of our business and wherever possible we have taken into account the limited budgets typically available to them. We are happy to have provided technical training for charities and other beneficial institutions such as UNICEF, Welcome Trust, OECD, SafeLives at reduced rates.

Our aim

  • To continue to work with more social enterprises, not-for-profit and charitable organisations in 2021.
  • To employ staff based on ethics, skills and diversity
  • To provide staff training in all relevant soft - and technical skills, so people can thrive and grow with us
  • To continue to provide flexible work options future to reduce commuting and improve work-life balance

What it means to us being part of the B Corp movement

"We have always sought to do what we can to assist purpose-driven organisations. In 2018, charitable, not-for-profit, governmental and public-owned organisations accounted for approximately 18% of our business and wherever possible we have taken into account the limited budgets typically available to them. We are happy to have provided technical training for charities and other beneficial institutions such as UNICEF, Welcome Trust, OECD, SafeLives at reduced rates."

- Ian Watson, Managing Director & Co-Founder

"For a long time our motto was 'We love technology!' - and that's still 100% true, but at the end of the day, software and data platforms are meant to make people's lives easier...and hopefully better. Businesses are finally waking up to the fact that people and planet are of vital importance and don't have to impede profit if put first. Holding up the B Corp magnifying glass has helped us find better ways of doing business and we're really excited to join the club!"

- Tom Walker, Technical Director & Co-Founder
