Transformation is hard. As the accountable leader you are expected to deliver measurable business results, are spending significant resources in terms of people and money and need to navigate cross-organizational, technological and cultural challenges.
For decision-makers responsible for strategic technology or business transformation, the cost of failure is high in terms of both investment and credibility. Yet organizations large and small struggle to convert great technology choices into real business value.
According to Boston Consulting Group, depending on complexity, 50-75% of major change efforts fail to realize intended results. Harvard Business Review says that two out of three transformation initiatives fail.
Workshop Format
This strategic, three-day private workshop for individual organisations is based on Managing Successful Programmes best practice and is facilitated by a seasoned enterprise Programme Director.
The days do not have to be contiguous - we will aim to be as flexible as possible and schedule sessions to fit in with your on-going projects.
This workshop will enable leaders to:

The Transformation Readiness Assessment brings a quantifiable framework that is aligned to best practice that will bring answers to key questions that keep leaders up at night:
How do I know if we are set up for success in our transformation program?
What steps can I take to find gaps and diagnose problems?
What corrective actions can I take?
Participants will conduct a deep-dive analysis of their current initiative across five major Transformation stages:
Identifying the programme at a high level and aligning the business case
Defining the elements of the programme
Planning the underlying projects, change and other work
Executing them
Embedding changes in the organisation to reap the benefits

- Visibility to gaps that can undermine successful transformation
- Defined improvement actions to address those gaps
- Understood how to set up for success, monitor ongoing health or recover programs

This workshop is for Programme Directors, Programme Managers, Senior Project Managers, Change Leaders, Executive Sponsors and Senior Functional Leads who are accountable for the successful delivery and adoption of organizational or digital transformation initiatives.
At a minimum, the workshop should include the senior programme leadership team.
Optionally, wider programme members and stakeholders can be included, via in-person or online participation
