During this half day on-line workshop you'll get the chance to explore and experience ways in which teams can work effectively together - whilst not being co-located.
As well as taking a good look at tooling and working practices, we'll also focus on the human side of maintaining a healthy, collaborative team mentality and providing the level of interaction and support that you would expect to find in a physical office.
This workshop has been designed by an expert agile practitioner and is ideally suited to teams who are finding remote working a challenge.
